If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase date to obtain return authorization. Original receipt or paid invoices is required. All returns are subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may mail the return or return in person.
Eligibility Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, PROCURU reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all original packing material and documentation. PROCURU can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Special-order items as indicated at point of purchase
Opened consumable items (e.g., paper, bulbs, tape, etc.)

Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive your item(s), please allow 5-7 days to inspect and process the return. Upon approval, we reserve the right to issue refund in the form of original payment, or credit memo for future purchases. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Special discounts or promotions are never nonrefundable in any form.
Limited Liability
PROCURU is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. PROCURU is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
